Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is specifically reserved for you. We value your business and strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. To help us manage our schedule effectively, please be aware of our cancellation policy:
Cancellations: No refunds, within 48hours you can reschedule one time.
No-shows: In the event of a no-show, the full appointment fee (100%) will be charged.
Rescheduling: We're happy to accommodate one complimentary reschedule per appointment. Any further changes or cancellations of a rescheduled appointment will fall under our standard cancellation terms.
Refund Policy: All fees paid are non-refundable.
